We're a small coffee roaster. ReBuy started paying for itself on day 2 of install and has been growing ever since. Because we're small, we need to manage the website and apps ourselves. Sometimes, with other apps, we've struggled to get any kind of help when needed. With ReBuy, they have been unbelievably hands on. A big shout out to Matt K. for walking me through a few suggested fixes to my initial set up. He was kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and didn't rush me at all. He then followed up with a few additional resources via email. It was so nice to connect with a real person who obviously knew all the ins and outs, compared to just a chat system with an anonymous helper who often can't really fix the issue. 5 stars for ReBuy!

ReBuy has been amazing. We are using their Reactivate Campaigns to win back previously churned Recharge Subs, Checkout Upsells, and GWP features. Checkout upsells in both the Recharge and Shopify Checkout flows have improved our AOV. The team is very responsive when it comes to ad hoc support.

We moved from another personalized platform to Rebuy and I'm so happy we made the move. We've been live for just a few weeks and I've already seen better performance from this app. The functionality of the widgets and the seamless integration and the back end are superior. And the tech support has been super helpful, special call out to Rich Matukaitis, thanks for all your help in getting everything set up and working properly!

We've been using Rebuy for the past few months and it has made a massive difference not only in our AOV but also helps with product discovery and converting one-time purchases to subscriptions. Zach and Strauss have been huge life-savers when we've encountered issues or bugs. They respond swiftly and ensure the issue is resolved in a timely manner.
