We were recommended this app by our Client Experience Rep at ReCharge. We have been on Rebuy for 8 Days and we have already realized enough return in - in funnel purchases to justify bringing on ReBuy. There is more automation that we have yet to turn on that deals with Churn and other in funnel flows. John, James and Dylan (and the whole ReBuy Team) have been ultra responsive and fun to work with. Bunch of apps on Shopify but there are a handful that are must haves for certain business models - ReBuy is certainly on of these applications!

This app has been truly transformational to our store. Lots of functionality, customization, and the support from the Rebuy Dev team has been next level. Any questions (stemming from "How do I change this color" to custom code) have been resolved within 24 hours. Very impressed and will be confidently recommending this app to fellow colleagues.

I can see the potential of this tool. The offer of free support is nice, albeit hard to find within the Rebuy app (didn't see any link for support or help, despite the onboarding email stating "chat with us in app"). And I need help, because the learning curve is extremely steep for non-technical people. Building data sources separately from the widgets, settings like "Return product metafields" and "Default Endpoints" and "Set min and max breakpoints", and the use of boolean operators and logic trees will be appealing to developers and people used to working with code. For everyone else, it's confusing and a barrier to use. I watched all of the help videos, but I've still spent hours of trial and error trying to get a simple upsell widget to work the way I want. I also keep on getting kicked out of the app while I'm in the middle of something, which sometimes results in my changes being lost.

We just downloaded the rebuy app during a very high-stress time. Aaron was beyond helpful and attentive! He helped get all of our widgets set up prior to black Friday. Great customer service, very excited to start utilizing this platform

I found Rebuy to be easy to implement, very intuitive, with seamless integration and almost no delay between changing things in Rebuy and seeing them implemented on our live site. I opened a chat support with a few early questions and that turned into a weeklong, ongoing chat with the same chat agent, Tom, where I fired dozens of questions about how to do certain things and how to implement desired setups. Between the chat support and help guides I was able to build out 10x more functionality with this in 3 days than I did with a previous upsell app over 9 months. I got responses from Tom at all hours of the day and night and rarely had any kind of delay in response. At certain points I sent a bulleted list of questions and got prompt and diligent follow-up on each one of my questions.

Love Rebuy! I use it for both of my stores and it's been amazing. Jordan is a great help at getting it implemented on the site. Our AOV has increased. It's a no-brainer to have this app. It pays for itself. Nothing bad to say.

Met Richard Matukaitis, a Merchant Success Manager while traveling and once he heard I have a Shopify store he was adamant I give Rebuy a try. He was super knowledgeable about maximizing AOV and CLV and felt I was in good hands. He walked me through the entire process and even helped set up my store to ensure the widgets were firing properly. Safe to say Rebuy has been GAME CHANGING. Customers are adding more items to cart and AOV has gone up significantly. Easy to use interface and super customizable. Thank you Richard and thank you Rebuy

Installing this app is a non brainer if your goal is to increase AOV. The cherry on top is the level of support I have received from the Rebuy team. They absolutely rock! In a time where most support minimal, it's refreshing to receive support calls/chats with real people. Great app & great team!

This app is a game changer for my supplement brand! Before Rebuy I had to manage 3+ apps just to accomplish everything I wanted to do, and none of theme delivered the results expected or were as easy to use as Rebuy.

Support is A+ too. Tom and his entire team were able to help me with a theme issue quickly and efficiently.

As a small business owner who builds and does everything himself, I couldn't ask for a better app.
