I canceled subsciption and still got charged and I don't see a way to contact support. Please help.
Support team are very responsive. I recommend this seller.
Updated 2026.May 30: Has been purchase lifetime plan and now they charge as normal subscribtion.
This App's Free version is also charging Minimum 4.99 US$ on any sale crossing 100 US$ as an Additional usage pricing scale.
Further they are calculating Generated Revenue by not taking the product for which Sale Pop up has been clicked & created order but by adding all the products of that order for which there is no effort from this App which seems unethical practice of this App Developer & same Revenue reflecting as Revenue generated over time in their dashboard for charging this additional fees.
Ideally App must calculate the revenue generated through clicked Sales Popup Notificaiton & created order from those products only for which there is an effort from this App but not all the products of that order!
This kind of unethical & fake reporting seems misleading to all the merchants & merchants may not be aware about it! Beware all merchants.

One of the worst app I have used, it's not user friendly. Very complicated, wasted a lot of time to end up nothing. When we work on something, even the preview is wrong. When I questioned them they told preview is just like a template, but I worked on it several times and it even shows wrong. They share personal details and store details to public. Guess what happens!!! When I asked why sharing my personal details, they responded that's Shopify policy.

To clarify, the app does not share any personal information publicly. All features, including the Stock Countdown contains features as per standards. You have complete control to enable or disable feature anytime.

Constant problems. Timers, trust badges and notifications are almost never visible. The settings will change "by itself". It takes days to get even urgent help. I made a report approx. 10 times about the same problems, they always said that they had been fixed. But after a day, the same problems appeared. Really bad experience.

Bad customer services. We added only Countdown Timer . Looks ugly in our website then we contacted customer service. Luis`s reply "It might be as exact as our photo because your store theme is different from this theme."

I did NOT like this app at all. The TIMER was off by a full week! I had the timer set for 12-04-2021 - 18-04-2021 and it kept saying SALE WILL END IN 14 DAYS!!!! ANOTHER THING..... The count down didn't even show up on my website!!! DELETING THIS APP IMMEDIATELY!!!
We feel sad for your experience. The wording "SALE WILL END IN 14 DAYS!" is only shown in preview regardless of your set schedule.
Secondly, default time zone is UTC so timer works according to that however, you can change the time zone from profile to show the timer on store according to your time zone.
We request you to reinstall the app and let our team help you set it up on your store. We are sure that you will love using our free ap.

First of all the pop ups aren't working after I activated them. Second, when I downloaded this app I was logged into my store and as I was setting up I noticed a weird username showing up where my store username should have been. I would click a different settings button and I saw about 3 different store names and owner names and I was INSIDE their private account on this app?!? It made no sense but now I don't trust this app AT ALL.
