Very bad support. Very slow responses. I had a technical issue and waited more than two days, and still, no one assisted.

I’m sorry to hear about your experience. Customer support is one of the most valuable and loved parts of the service ReConvert provides, and we pride ourselves on offering a level of support and dedication unmatched by any other app we know of in the market.

That said, I understand how frustrating delays can be. Bugs do take time to resolve, but I assure you that your issue was logged promptly and is in progress. Were those two days a weekend by any chance?

I was truly surprised to see your review 😟, as most of our merchants find exceptional value with ReConvert - many even achieving over 4000% ROI! 🚀 It looks like you didn’t complete the 30-day no-risk trial or reach out to our 24/7 customer care team for assistance. From what I can see, you installed the app on 21 November 2024 and uninstalled it the same day, then reinstalled it on 2 December and left a review shortly after. I’m genuinely confused... 🤔

Completely un-user friendly. The quick set up has been removed so it required a confusing manual set up only. The help videos they offered still referred to the quick set up and so completely unhelpful.

Would have put zero if if was possible. The app is a complete joke.
1. Most clients were not shown with the offers.
2. Multi currency is according to the customer support not supported by the app BUT few clients in multi were showned the offers.
2. Post purchase is not compatible if you have discount on your store.

Customer service is really trying their best to solve problems but the app just sucks. The dev team definetly needs to work harder.

Die App ist mit Vorsicht zu geniessen. Sie wurde geupdated und auf einmal waren vier Flows aktiv, die ich gar nicht wollte bzw. mit unserer Logistik abbilden kann.

Keinerlei Information, nichts. Unglaublich

Stupidly expensive app. Taking money not just on the orders created through post-purchase but based on your stores own hard earned orders is unfair. This app resulted in 2 extra small discounted orders totalling $28 but charged $80 because our store has many unrelated orders. Stay clear! Looking at a few of their 5 star reviews they seem fake. Stay clear this app is a scam

I'm sorry to hear you’re unhappy with our pricing. While it's your choice to use our app, I'd like to address your concerns directly and make things right.

I assure you we are not a scam, and we have no power to fake reviews. Both would mean we couldn't have an app on Shopify 😊 (and certainly not with 99% 4* and 5* reviews and less than 1% 1* reviews out of approaching 5,000 reviews! 🌟).

Don't waste your money; this app won't better your business but will take your money from your hard work in achieving your sales. This app has taken money out of my accounts without authorization, approximately $1600, as they have done to other businesses according to the reviews. They are very sly, and I have read in a review here that they changed their free plans by giving only one day's notice. They claim I have been using the app, yet I have screenshots proving they never had access to my customer data, which is essential for the app to function correctly. The app was disconnected after the free trial because it didn't bring any extra sales whatsoever. Yet, they continued to take money from sales they did not contribute to in any way.

Thank you for sharing your experience. I'm sorry to hear about your frustrations.

Our records show that:-

- When you installed the app, permission was provided to charge up to a maximum of $799, in accordance with the pricing terms, was agreed to you by you.
- You had a 30 day trial beginning on 29 December 2022.
- On 21 January 2023 you were charged your first charge of $89.99 as you had between 1,000 and 1,999 orders.
- Since then, and continuing until 17 March 2024, you were charged $89.99 per month (as the number of orders remained the same).

Some months you were also charged a commission of 0.75% on orders where ReConvert technology generated the sale.

On 17 April 2024 you were charged $49.99 as your total orders in this month dropped to between 500 and 999 orders.

On 25 April 2024 you uninstalled ReConvert and made claims that we had fraudulently been taking your money since January 2023.

I would like to help address your concerns and improve your experience. I would personally like to speak with you to understand your goals better and see how we can assist you in achieving the results you want using ReConvert.

Please reply to my email from a week ago, so we can schedule a call. I'm here to assist you and find a resolution together.

You should clearly say that in order to use this app for a checkout-upsell, you have to be using the Shopify PLUS plan for 2.300$ per month.. You wasted my time.

I want to clarify that ReConvert fully supports all Shopify-supported features, including checkout upsells. However, it’s true that Shopify limits certain checkout functionalities, like using checkout upsells, to Shopify Plus merchants due to their platform restrictions, not our own.

We always strive to provide a clear experience, and we’ll definitely take your feedback into account to make sure this information is more visible. I’m sorry for any confusion this caused, and if you have any questions or need help with another feature that doesn’t require Shopify Plus, we’d be happy to assist.

App is not working with new Stripe update, but ReConvert does not know about it and will just keep you busy without any further help.
Constantly received wrong information and then someone else from the team would advise the complete opposite. Confusing communication, very disappointing considering you spend hours setting everything up and they are not able to tell you what the problem is after days and then another app just tells you it is because of stripe within 2 minutes. Total waste of my time the past week
