Even if my store is new and not in line yet, I checked the app and I've noticed that is useful and really simple for users like me with minor knowledge about all these kind of things and elements

App functionality is restricted by Shopify in many ways for payment methods. Support was very helpful (Lee-ann). Thanks

Good support always there and not rushing you. App could be easier to figure out and use, considering ive spent 4 hrs talking to support in the two times ive tried to set up what I want

This app does exactly what I was looking for, with lots of different options for products in the upsell. All chat support especially Mark have had has been great and very helpful - they often send images with arrows to help show you how to do some and even offer to help set the upsell up for you. Very Impressed and would recommend.

My only criticism would be when there is an issue that needs resolving, they do not update you on the progress you have to ask and it can take a long time but in the end they do resolve it,

I like the app it has many different possibilitys. Support is very nice. A few things are missing/not available because of Shopfiy restrictions

except coversion monster's timer discount default setting.
We almost loss 25% for each orders. You may usggest us but not set as deafult for better result.
