The pricing information is completely false; after the trial, I was charged $39.99, even though I had only one upsell order out of nearly 50 orders in total. There is absolutely no pricing option under $20.
Instalei o app, vi que não iria funcionar em minha loja até porque meu gateway não é compatível e acabei desinstalando antes do período gratuito. Mesmo assim, me cobraram 500 dólares na fatura!! Cuidado com esse aplicativo.

Team have been incredible at helping me (useless at computers) to set up and become independant at ongoing modification to app. Wont lie ama teenie bit obsessed at looking at the dashboard and seeing numbers of conversions. Wish id done it years ago! :) jo

They just randomly charged me $1299.99 for absolutely no reason. This is an emergency as it now stops me from purchasing shipping labels. UPDATE: It wasn't "random" but was a mistake - basically I imported a bunch of orders into the app which generated a large "usage" charge as their system couldn't differentiate a live order from an old order.
UPDATE: The team was quick to refund the charge. I was messed up for several hours because a "failed bill" in Shopify blocked our ability to purchase shipping labels. The good news is twofold: they fixed the problem (reversed the charge) and they also implemented a fix to the original problem (a "sanity check" that's triggered if a large number of orders are suddenly generated out of the blue.
I've updated my star rating to 4 stars because they've fixed that problem for future customers. Still not going to lie - being down for several hours messed us up quite a bit and stressed me out needlessly, but I do give mad respect to people who fix their mistakes!
They'll help you set up with ease, and then it's your responsibility how smartly you set up the flows. Overall, their app and support are fast and incredible. You can rely on them, especially Saumya from the Upsell team, who was quick to respond and resolve. I have been using their app for a long time, and it has been an amazing experience.

great app to start with the upsell stuff. missing few features so far, but again, great first step.
Had a question today for support about excluding certain products from offers. They gave me instructions and sent a screenshot. Very Helpful
