ReConvert Post Purchase Upsell

We are just getting into using the app, but already quite impressed. Setup is fairly straight forward, but the customer service is extremely impressive. Not that we expect support on a weekend, however, E-Commerce businesses are 24/7. Not only did we receive support on a Saturday, we got detailed instructions, tips and advice on how to achieve our desired outcome. Highly recommend.

ReConvert is an awesome app. I really appreciate their customer service. I used their online chat and Vladimir was very helpful. He walked me through a few issues I was having. He was super knowledgeable and got everything resolved within minutes. I have had a few apps that have zero customer service. ReConvert has been very good about customer service. Definitely a big strength of their company. Thanks Vladimir for all of your help.

I have been really blown away by the Reconvert app. They were the first Shopify app to allow custom Thank You pages for different products. This is a neat feature in addition to their focus on getting an upsell after the 1st purchase with Thank you page changes. Support was also very helpful for getting our initial workflow setup. I was finally getting ready to set up ReConvert on my store, but had a couple of questions. So I jumped on chat, and was lucky enough to have Alex show up to help me.

He went way above and beyond, helping me get a couple of funnels rolling, making recommendations, and helping me every step of the way to make sure ReConvert was properly set up to work best for my store.

The app adds a lot of value, and for the most part, I am very happy with it.

However recently I have not been able to edit the thank you pages. The first time I contacted support they solved the issue within the day, 1 week later the same issue happened again. I reached out to support and it has been 7 days with no updates, and I am unable to make the changes I need to optimize and generate more revenue.

This APP is good. Quick and good response from customer service. Looking forward to the new feature - Report and Analytics.

We were able to easily design our thank you page and direct customers to take further actions after purchasing. Highly recommended app for all shops.

Just set up, very easy to install and immediately got some great assistance from Anastasia to change the settings to my needs!
