I have only had this for a few weeks and seeing an increase in AOV already and it's just warming up. More importantly, Alex and Jordan from Support are super helpful and so detailed in their answers to assist me with some onboarding and finessing advice. Very impressed with the app and most of all the Support! Real-time help, no emailing back and forth.

I just installed the app. So far it's been as advertised but more than anything. I appreciate the customer service I received from Alex, one of their "help desk" employees.
I'll see how the app actually performs moving forward and update/add a new review again

I had barely started looking into the notification before Alex popped into the chat and offered assistance. Come to find out the notification was due to a glitch and all systems were running smoothly.
