It's a great app. Especially loved the support team. Tey are very quick and responsive. They are always there for me and do everything that you ask them to do. So absolutely loved working with that plugin.

I am getting ready to launch this app for my subscriptions and have enjoyed the setting up process. The app is easy to navigate and has some great features. Sinchain has been so very helpful and quick to answer my queries. I look forward to my customers accessing my subscriptions through using this app!

I did not see an option to add entire collections to the subscription plan. I found it to be way too time-consuming to add each individual product to the subscription plan, especially since you have to create multiple plan types in order to achieve a tiered subscription. For example, you have to set up one plan for a monthly subscription, a separate plan for a 2-month subscription, and then a third plan for a 3-month subscription. Each plan requires you to add each product manually -- again, there was no option to add entire collections to the plan -- which took WAY too much time. Not worth the effort when other apps allow you to create a tiered subscription right out of the box, and allow you to add entire collections in one click.

Absolute breeze working with these guys - understood the task immediately and in less than 20 minutes we were up and running :) Thank you!

Incredibly helpful customer service. I had a complicated problem and Sinchain who was helping me went out of his way to spend hours researching other compatible shopify apps that would help me set up my store just as I wanted.

What got me to write this review is the awesome customer service, but they also have just the right plan for my specific needs and top notch features.

You really can't go wrong with these guys.

I am really pleased with the help i got when submitting a query to the chatbot.
the agent went above and beyond to help.
My only suggestion would be to add that waiting time for response will be longer.
even if you put 2 - 3 hours or 4 - 5 hours (rather than 10 minutes), then it manages customer expectations.
I haven't seen how it works on auto-order yet but hopefully it is seamless.
Really impressed so far though.

I recently had the opportunity to try out the App plans and while I found the pricing to be a bit on the expensive side, I must say that the customer service was truly exceptional.

The representatives were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure that I was completely satisfied with the service. They were knowledgeable about the product and were able to answer all of my questions promptly and accurately.

Overall, I would highly recommend the App. While the pricing may be a bit expensive, the level of support provided by the team is truly exceptional.

I'm setting up my new Shopify store now with membership options facilitated by Recurpay.
I must say it's such a straightforward app. So easy to use but incredibly feature packed.
Then I stumbled across an issue I couldn't work out. So I hit up the live chat and spoke to Sinchain. My issue was sorted in literally less than a few minutes without me doing anything.

I just downloaded the app so I cannot speak to the app itself, but it was pretty easy to install and customize. But the customer service was extremely fast and helpful!
