Fast responsive, friendly, and quite painless communications. BOLD development team was able to quickly custom install both BOLD apps for my Shopify site. I am as yet to try out the functionality of the apps but so far, 5 stars on customer supports!
Do not use this program or any other program by BOLD. They had a glitch in the system and unsubscribed all my monthly subscribers. Over 80 members to be exact and 8 months of work down the drain. Not to mention zero support from these people. I’m taking legal actions against this company for the financial damage they caused me.
Great app to use on your retail store for wholesale members to view your wholesale collections. Nir, Guri,Param and Rony were a great help!

Great product. The service/support is beyond amazing (Thanks Peter!!!). Would love more expanded options for doing reduced price trials (vs the free trial option).
I'm still in the beginning stages of the app, and am waiting for the liquid install, but so far the company has been great at customer service, and helping me.

I had a few issues with this app but with the AMAZING help of Hamza he helped me solve all the issues I was having- he was very patient and got the job done. Now that its running smoothly hopefully the app will preform

Fantastic App. I have installed it for site membership access and its cool. The support is great. Had a problem couldn't complete the liquid install but their response was fast. Got it solved quick.
One area of improvement I would be happy to see is they should add more payment gateways integration apart from Paypal and Stripe. Not all countries are covered by Stripe you know..
