Bold Memberships

It took quite a while for the app to connect properly, and it was a long process, but thanks to the entire BOLD team, we were able to start a great service. Thank you very much for your dedicated support in resolving the errors over a long period! We've only just started using it, but we wanted to express our gratitude by leaving this review. I'll be honest - I have experienced a few technical issues with the Bold apps (about 5 issues over the period of 3 years - not bad). But at the end of the day they do exactly what I need for my business and I have not found a better option.

WHAT SAVES THE DAY IS THIS: The customer service and the live chat are tremendous. They are extremely helpful, quick, knowledgeable, and have helped clear up my issues every single time. They are also very pleasant to speak with even though sometimes I'm sure I have been less than pleasant myself.

The app itself is really good but has a few areas which we hope they will still improve (for example: 1) it is possible to sign-up for membership twice with the same email-address 2) it is not possible to time exactly at what time member exclusive products will go live in the shop. Other than the app is very good

App was very easy to set up and very user friendly but it was missing a few of key features I needed. There are no options to offer discount codes or discounted memberships. Also, there is no 6 month membership option... you choose from weekly, monthly, 3 month and yearly. But if you do not need any of those features, this app is great.

I use this app on my other store and it started off causing many problems however we discovered this was because it never installed correctly once we got to the bottom of this and their support fixed it, it worked fine. So I decided against the recent reviews to use it for my other store but I wanted them to check it's been installed correctly before using it. As of today I've emailed them multiple times over the last weeks to do this and I've had no reply. I will change this review if someone replies to my emails? Update to the response below - To which inbox??? I still haven't received anything I also raised a ticket a week ago and I've heard nothing, your live chat isn't live at the times you say it should be. What is actually going on?
