Your app is not working, unable to access the app from shopify. Logo just keeps animating, unable to add, delete, update videos. If developers are seeing this resolve this fast.

Absolutely love the features this application has to offer! However, something that stood out to us the most is their customer service! We scheduled a zoom meeting with their tech (Gurkirat Singh) who was able to help within minutes! We in the family run 3 businesses and all use this application, Gurkirat was able to answer the questions of all 3 businesses in my family! After the zoom meeting was done, we had additional questions and Gurkirat answered them on the live chat feature! Absolutely love supporting a company that delivers real customer service to their customers rather than ai or automated help lines!
