Everything just works! Had a few issues getting my fonts working but the app support were super quick and helpful, sorting the issue out in minutes. Paul and Sarah were quick to respond when I had questions before I installed.

The app also has quite an exciting roadmap and there are some really great tools which stop users from exploiting their referral rewards.

I had to update some of my marketing campaigns to integrate with a Shopify change, and Shop Circle made it so easy.

I scheduled a call and Paul walked me through exactly what I needed to do to update my campaigns and gave me helpful info on how to get more out of my referral program. Also, shop circle support had a really good working knowledge of the other integration points, including Shopify and Klaviyo.

I wish other apps would have as good as support as shop circle.

Great service. They helped me set up everything correctly, just as we wanted. They work fast and are agile in achieving what has been sent.

For the price you pay, you can build a powerful and user-centric referral programme that does exactly what you want it to (albeit after some setup time, but the team are very helpful and quick to get you set up). Now that you're able to send emails from with Klaviyo its a real game changer - we're able to integrate it with our existing marketing stack, use automations, and AB test to optimise our campaigns.
