App works well, it is easy to set up, ready to be used and it has great customer service that replies fast

The most important thing to mention is that after you launch this, it needs to maintenance or time. It runs smoothly in the background and generated additional revenue. Very good customer service reps (Tom in particular). Thank you

This rating is for the customer service we've received so far. We signed up for Referral Candy but as we are in the process of updating our website we weren't ready to activate it yet. Karen M. has been most helpful - she was able to temporarily pause our account so that we could activate it when ready. Also checked in to see how we were doing.
