We have been received amazing support from Referral Candy especially JF Fajardo. There are many apps available and this has really impressed us.

We have tried a few other referral apps, and in the end decided to stick with ReferralCandy, as it's the only one that let us flexibly customise the design at low cost, and also allows us to pay cash to customers who refer, which seems work the best for us. Also RC's customer service is quick and responsive!

So far the app seems to fit my need. Got Derek to help me tweek it at the beginning. In the early stage at the moment, but so far so good

Have been using Referral Candy for a few months now and the program has been great. I needed some help setting up referrals for subscribers through Recharge so Benz and Derek provided great help walking me through it and checking all our settings to make sure we are getting the most out of the program!

Straightforward and easy to set up, working for us straight away. Any queries the support is great, Benz was especially helpful with quite a few questions we had!

I used this app back in the day but just restarted it. Had a problem restarting it but contacted their support desk and got an email immediately back. Jon responded to me quickly and reassured me that all was good. What great customer service! I hope this app brings in more sales. Will write another review once I see some action.
