Karen M @ ReferralCandy was an excellent help with the account sync issue that I had. Went out of her way to find a solution, always good to receive some excellent customer service!

Got the privilege of chatting with Tippy. He was able to help me fix a mistake that I had made during the initial setup of ReferralCandy. This was certainly something that was my fault, but he took the time to resolve the issue for me. Above and beyond work, it was very much appreciated!

We've used Referral Candy for a couple years now, and once you get the setup properly configured, it's a rather hands-off tool that generates real business for our Farm Share program. Karen M. our account manager, is always quick to respond to our questions over email, and eager to cater to our needs.

Customer service is top notch. Had an issue with my program/integration today, and used the live chat to contact support. Tomas was very helpful and patient in fixing my issue and my program is now up and running once again. Thank you Tomas!

Tippy helped immensely with the setup and integration on our store. We haven't tested out the application yet but look forward to getting this rolling.

Updating my review since we recently revamped our entire Referral Candy templates. Our Referral Conversion Rate is pretty strong and is a great way to get new fans of our products. Most recently I received help from Lorraine and she was a great help, saved me hours and hours of work on my own.

Seems pretty great so far! We've already had our first referral and I like the functionality and customisation options. Great support too

Jelson was very helpful with his friendly and swift responses! Would be handy if the referral program could be temporarily deactivated within the app however given how efficient the customer service was it's not too big a drama.

Lately, we have been facing some issues with referral candy. But the support is amazing. Been in touch with support for a couple of days to solve an issue and it was great. JC, the account manager took care of things, clarified all our questions, and got the issue resolved.

Easy to get started and so automated that you really don't have to do anything once it gets started. Thanks to customer service helper Karen for answering my questions!
