I just started using this program, and being a not-so-technically skilled small business owner, this was scary. Naturally, I goofed up and didn't read something so when the referral program didn't work as I thought, I panicked. I contacted the tech support, got immediate emails, and the person assigned to me went directly to the engineers, looking for what went wrong, only to find that i skipped a step in the process. He was so kind about it and sent me an article walking through EVERY STEP of the piece I was missing. Never once did he blame me or show aggravation for having to search for something R.C. didn't do. Nope. He just rushed to help me fix it. I love this! Thank you, Bryan!!

This is my first day using Referral Candy wouldn't have been possible without Dwight the customer service rep. He probably is annoyed with how many questions I asked but always had an answer.

The system is easy to use, customer support is fast and very comfortable.However, there is one point to worry about.
When canceling, all the created data will be erased, so I want a function to retain this. If the data disappears, translation work and text creation will be difficult again, so there is considerable resistance.

Jon was a great help! Even during our free trial period he gave me the feeling that I was a regular customer. Answered my question immediately and got a language translation issue fixed within 24 hours. After that for some second customizations Karen helpen us greatly as well!

Great app with great support. I will highly recommend it. They helped us integrate with several apps and done it effortlessly.
