ReferralCandy is great, simple to set up, has decent customization and features, works smoothly with Shopify. Customer Service team is always excellent, specifically Karen and Jon have both helped us tremendously over the past year. Thanks everybody!
Great referral service. We've been using it for just over a month now $6500 revenue through referral. I assume that revenue should increase overtime since it seems to take time for referral to get spread out among all customers. Support was prompt and responsive. Overall great app.
I've used this app for 3 businesses now, all on the ReCharge platform. It's best in class for that use case. My most recent experience had a challenge with integrations but JC and Jon were top-notch/10-out-of-10 in helping resolve the issue and get us cranking!

Edmund at support and their support engineer Jason really helped us out. When the problem we were having with the app connections with Shopify couldn’t be fixed via a simple uninstall and restart, they went in directly and helped us find the problem in our store. Definitely recommended.
