I installed this app because of all the great review about the customer support. But that's not the case for me. I contacted support through email last Saturday asking if they could help me with the setting, but I got nothing till now.

Update: Still nothing from them, I highly doubt this company is still in business.

Customer service is great! Emma responded super promptly and solved my issues.

The integration process was easy, they even ran a test order for me. Please buy Emma a beer. Thanks again!

Great way to get a referral program started. Everything you need is there and it's super easy to get going. Andre from Refersion help us greatly to test everything and get it all going.

Very easy to use and to set up. The only thing that can be hard is to fix your API settings in your PayPal account, however, Refersion offers an extremely simple step-by-step manual to do this in no time. Erik helped me fix set up the link in my Shopify store, so the customer support is awesome. Absolutely recommend this!

Tremendous customer service. Very honest and open about what's possible, what's not, and what can be done about it. Love their collaborative nature and desire to help customers use the tool in a way that's best for their needs.

If you are planning on downloading this app then be ready to pay whether you want to or not. I downloaded the app and decided that it will not benefit my shop. After a few days I removed the app way before the trial was over, and I got hit with a charge. I emailed support and they did cancel my account, however, they did not refund me as they claim that they are an independent app from shopify and you have to notify them to cancel the account. Nowhere on the app does it say that, but It's ok they can keep the payment. Be careful and make sure that you don't remove the app without emailing them or the same will happen to you.
