Rep has seriously helped us expand our customer service capabilities. My CSM Dafi has been incredible throughout the onboarding and development of our account. We absolutely love our product finder and it really helps customers figure out what product will fit their space. If there are any issues, Dafi is right on top of it and we have bi-weekly meetings to continue to improve our customer's journeys. She is so detail-oriented and always on it when it comes to improving our flows and questions. I am so excited to see how we continue to grow using Rep.
