Nice app!!!
cool program! you look at what customers are paying attention to, and what they are not interested in at all!
perfect.. I just installed and was able to see every click and move of the mouse.. For a free app every one needs this for sure.. Thank you guys for a great app to help me to improve my site...
Very limited interface with many shortcomings in comparison to other similar apps. The app would have gotten 1 star only but chat support is very good and great customer service that gives usefull answers should always be rewarded.

doesn't work on Dawn theme, you can only see the annonce bar, first image, and the footer but all without text, just white background. Same issue as propel replays

the app works across dozens of stores who use Dawn - it is not limited by a specific theme.
You've mentioned you are experiencing the same issue you had when using a different recording app (Propel). As such - the error is coming from your specific theme files, and not the app.
It seems that you are trying to view an app or a custom element which is located on top of your main page.
Some elements are wrapped inside iFrames which means we (or any other recording app) do not have access to their code, and can not technically record them in the view. That does not mean they won't show, it just means they would not be presented inside a recording. In these cases, we render widgets as gray blocks.
The root cause of apps not able to render iFrames is because the app simulates your store HTML and visitors mouse movements. It's more of a front end simulation of your store, rather than a video. You can read about the technology here: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Session_replay.
If we would record a video - that would make your store unusable as it would take the entire bandwidth.

Simple to install and works like a charm. Just like watching over the shoulder of your customer while they interact with your site. I'm always skeptical of free apps but this one delivers - super impressed.
So easy to install and perfect for me to find out how my customers behave on my store. I’m hoping to achieve less abandoned checkouts so this app may give me some insight. Well done!

Works as intended! Easy and quick to use and shows you exactly what visitors to your site have been clicking or searching for.
To be able to see where your customers go on your store is really powerful, where they pause what they read before hopefully making a purchase is great, we are now tailoring our store with more content that our customers enjoy and getting rid of some of the stuff they seem to skip over.
Who doesn't like a little popcorn !!
