Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

I found this app very much useful in my initial stage fo starting out with Shopify. Now I m getting very much high conversions after tuning with the heatmaps on my website.

Pretty good. But In my humble opinion the videos with too short time records. Sometimes it isn't enough to analyze.

sometimes it doesn't look good. because it's not mobile friendly. Most of the time I have to zoom in into recording.

Very cool, but i tested it myself and it said I was in CA when im located in IL, so im not sure how accurate the tracking info is but the main feature is awesome!

I used this app to improve my store user interface. Nice app to track the activities of your customer. I recommend every shopify user to use this app

Just installed and I haven't used it fully. Although the clip could be a bit longer to help determine what drives sales or causes one to loose customers. So far, I haven't been able to do that as the clips are just for a few seconds.

Super useful. Recently I have been running into many issues regarding the add to cart buttons and that was creating a lot of fallback with conversion rate and even sessions (somehow). Using Peek! I was able to locate where the issues were taking place and how everything is running on my customer's side. Thankfully after resetting my codes for shopify back to default, I'm able to receive more sales and the issue occurs less often.
