Peek! ‑ Better Replay & Survey

This is actually a great app that I would highly recommend. I'm able to watch what my customers are doing on my site, for how long they stayed, and when they are from.

Works great and it's free! Tried Lucky Orange in the past and had a few issues. So happy I found this solution as its great to see whats making customers leave.

I like the app because it helps me see what is happening in my store. I would like it better if it would give me more information on who is in the store, like more detailed location

Just installed it and loving the app so far. Would love to see the heatmap as well. That would have been 5-stars! Edit; just changed my review to 1 stars. Suddenly the app is no longer free to use and I have to pay to use it with an (up to) $999 USD charge a month.... Haven't received any communication from them about this change and just got prompted to update the app and approve these charges. Really disappointing as I was quite happy with this app. Atleast have your existing users be grandfathered in or something...

This app really helps me get an understanding of my customer's journey while on my site. Looking back on the replays there are some actions that dont get played back but all-in-all i'm happy with the app.
