I used this app to monitor one of my suppliers logging in to my password protected store, I saw that they struggled to get in to the webpage. I could then call them and make sure they had a trouble free pre launch view of the site. It is a highly underrated tool that you can use to gauge how users interact with your site. I come from a security background and we used cctv footage effectively to monitor where sales could improve from within a retail store by monitoring the behaviour of clients, so this is pretty cool to be able to do the same except this is better as it hides data that needs to be kept hidden such as form data and the checkout process which is great (no privacy issues) To the developers Thank you Thank you Thank you

This is great app. we are developing our shopify store and this is a nice tool to know what customers are looking for on our website. Not sure, if there is a limitation on the recordings per month.

The app is 100% free and records up to 10,000 sessions per month. This should be sufficient for the majority of stores. the browser, session length, location, and timestamp for each session alongside the session recording. This app provides great insight into customer behavior so you can analyze and focus on what is important, or eliminate elements that are not working and costing you time and money.

I doubted that a free application could do the work of other paid users, but I am pleasantly surprised with the result and it's Free
