I've been using it to test people navigating my site. My site is new, but I need a way to test what users are doing, where they are clicking, navigating to, and see what they do, see if I can detect user annoyances, or navigation confusion.
Later, I will test for conversion changes and click-through to checkout. Great app and hard work put into it. Well Recommended. Thank you for the app creation.

I have read a few negative reviews about this app. I have zero complaints. This app and I use another app called Storeview. Between those 2 apps I have a clear view as to what pages and items they are viewing and adding to the cart. This app gives location (city and state or country) how long each person visited for and you actually see them move thru the store and stop on items and view items and what categories are being looked at. It's a trip. Definitely more information than any other app I have used. Love it! I will be altering store layout to see how customers visits change to make it the best fit for their shopping.
