This app is awesome. Normally don't leave reviews but the fact it's free and does exactly what it says it should. 5***
This app is extremely useful. Shopify has very few good apps. The majority are a complete garbage made by people who don't know anything about business. But this App, however, is the opposite. It teaches you a lot about your clients and how they think and behave. It's mandatory to have it if you are serious about your business. I learned a lot just by observing the behaviors of my visitors, namely, the type of problems they face when visiting my shop through different devices, and how certain apps I installed behave when others use them. But this App can be improved. I don't need access to the entire world but only my target countries. The app could let me select only the countries I want, so I don't have to filter the clients on my own. I don't really need all the recordings. I also recommend recording only visitors that spend at least 2 minutes in the website. The "curious visitors" don't provide any useful information.
So far its very easy to set up, just installed so havent had much of a chance to use it, cant wait to use this to help my store.
This app is terrific! I've been able to review how people navigate our website and have made changes that improve the customer experience. Highly recommend this app for all new businesses wanting to tweak their websites!
Very simple and honest app that gave me exactly what I needed. All recorded sessions show up straight away in the dashboard.
