Really solid app. We used the free version for some time, but it was so good we decided to upgrade. It's worth it. You'll learn really useful things from watching the recordings that will help you know where to improve your site.
This app does exactly what it promises to do! Although some features are limited, it's awesome that Peek offers free plan for starter to test it out. Live chat is also responsive and helpful. I'd recommend this app for all new/small businesses.
This software has malicious deductions. I originally chose a package of $29/month, but I was charged $249 in one month. The relevant page does not explain how these extra fees are deducted, nor how the excess is deducted, and the money is deducted privately.
