This app is amazing! It saves me tons of time each month. Jaba was quick to help when I asked for a custom solution to one of the reports (he solved it in under 24 hours). Highly recommend this app!
Quite literally, the BEST customer support I've EVER had anywhere period. These guys respond instantly and go out of there way to help in every way they can. The app itself is beautiful, well documented and VERY powerful... Oh, and it's fairly priced... This is making my consolidation, taxes and reporting 10000x easier.

Support is non-existent.. a full week has gone by with multiple emails being ignored. UTM reports were loaded with duplicates and they were unable to help me figure out a solution.
Hello, There are 2 types of UTM reports - detailed and summary. The detailed report includes the order number which will show UTM parameters for each order and they are not duplicates.

As a first time user for a small business startup RP really saves the day and help me out a whole lot, i got into some problems customizing the report i needed, and the customer service live chat helped saved the day in a super quick fashion.
