A perfect app for all kinds of statistics. Fast, easy, and fast working support... The guy's setup a report you need for you when it isn´t set up. They have a really big portfolio of reports for all kinds of needs.

Reuben was extremely helpful in setting up every report needed. Never seen better customer service, honestly.

表記は英語で。。。分かり辛いのですが、とても丁寧にチャットでサポートして頂けたので、なんとか当店で使用しやすいリストを作成する事が出来ました。とても迅速で丁寧な対応なので、安心しています。出来ない部分は、説明だけでなく、修正してURLを送って頂いた上で、保存して使用する事が出来ています。チャットの質問は英語ですが。。。なんとかなりました。

Diese App ist einfach großartig! Habe verschiedene Reporting-Apps getestet und bin immer auf Einschränkungen gestoßen, die auch der Support nicht lösen konnte. --> Report Pundit ist aus unserer Sicht die optimale Lösung!
Durch die Option, über Custom-Fields die bestehende Datenauswahl beliebig zu erweitern, gibt es eigentlich kein Limit.
Der Support ist extrem schnell und bemüht. Alle Anfragen und Anforderungen wurden zeitnah umgesetzt. Die individuelle Anpassung der Reports ist dazu auch noch kostenfrei!

We install Report Pundit on every Shopify site that we launch. The product allows for custom reports to be emailed to interested parties on schedule. If I ever need help with creating a report or a question about the product, the Report Pundit staff is always available on chat to provide support with minutes. Highly recommend this product.

Great Tech Support. I needed a simple report that Shopify does not offer in their reporting (anyone surprised?). Installed the app needed a tweak to a report and they did it for me within a few hours.

This app is AMAZING. I feel like I was blind prior to installing this app, and now I see! There is SO much data available to help us make informed business decisions. Prior to using this app, I was missing so much business insight and it was really frustrating. Report Pundit is very user friendly, flexible and has a wealth of information at my fingertips. And the customer service is absolutely incredible. They answered all my questions over chat and instantly created custom reports I needed for my specific needs. Would rate it 10 stars if I could.
