Report Toaster: Custom Reports

Report Toaster is our chosen source for reporting on the data in Shopify. Once you have used it you will never go back to the in-built Shopify reports. It is very flexible in building the data structure you require and you can save pre-defined reports to save you time. In addition the support is 5* , highly recommended

At the time of writing this review Report Toaster has an overall rating of 5 stars and this app deserves it because the Cloudlab team puts in the work to make sure the app works for their users. We tried a lot of the different reporting apps and struggled with various pain points, like latency between data in Shopify and what we see in reports, exportability, and mobile access - just to name a few. Our developer recommended that we try Report Toaster, which was brand new at the time. Out of the box we liked Report Toaster. It had a few bugs at first, but Sam and his team have always been very responsive in fixing the issues that we report to them. If you're looking for a solid reporting app, I would try Report Toaster above all the rest. If it doesn't work out-the-box for your specific use case, then don't hesitate to contact their team and see if they can help.

This is a game-changer! We migrated from Magento earlier this year, where we were reliant on an 'advanced reports' extension (and lots of Excel spreadsheets) to extract the data we needed. It was tedious. Shopify + Report Toaster is super rich and so much more user-friendly. If you want to be a data-driven business, you need this! Also, I got in touch with their support team recently, who were v friendly and responded efficiently. Definitely recommend!

These guys are AMAZING. I needed a specific state tax report. I told George in chat what I needed and he created the report for me while I waited. And it's exactly what I needed. Report Toaster is a game changer for us. We're an online marketplace and we use Report Toaster to generate automated sales reports for our various vendors. Our vendors have loved the detailed and live reporting and it's saved us a mountain of time. Additionally, the customer support is NEXT LEVEL. George has helped us tailor our reports and when a new feature was rolled out, reached out to us directly to let us know as he knew we were waiting for the feature. 5 stars is an understatement!

Report Toaster provided a very essential report I needed that didn't come with my basic Shopify subscription. It had that report, and just about every other thing you could ever need as well. When I had a question about a report I was trying to compile I had a support person help me via chat in minutes, and they were very knowledgeable and able to sort out my issue. Extremely impressed! Plus you can't beat free. Get it!
