So far so good. Its a great app with nice, easy and informative reporting dashboard. The only issue so far is that my inventory seems to be too big and some of the reports struggle to load. I have contacted support about it though and they were amazing and are on it! So super star given to customer support too!
Thanks for the review! I just wanted to let you know we've since resolved the problem you identified yesterday, so you should no longer experience any issues with the load times for those very large reports.

We are using the app to run some reports for packages that have not been delivered yet and are possibly "lost/stuck in transit". The reports from this app are super helpful and the customer support is AMAZING! They built me a custom report for everything I was looking for and the representative who helped me was wonderful!

What an app! Best support ever too, Spoke to George Baily-Kirby who was so helpful and fast! Built the report I needed, which was a new one they just added in. Dont look anywhere else, this is hands down the best reporting app you can find :)

Easy to use, and easy to get help - had a really quick response when looking for a specific report! Quick and simple integration with Shopify as well!

I am just getting to know Report Toaster and so far it's a game changer! It seems to have the capability to do all of the things that Shopify SHOULD do. George was a great help and I look forward to discovering more about Report Toaster

This app is EXACTLY what I was looking for. I would need to upgrade my shopify account in order to get all the options it provides. And George was extremely helpful (and very quick too) when I needed help creating a customized report.

We just downloaded this app today and have had the best experience in the last few hours. Some how 2500+ of our orders got marked as fulfilled, and we have been sorting through these manually all week trying to get this issue resolved so we can ship our customers items! George helped me get a report in no time and it was exactly what I needed to see! Definitely recommend!!!!
