This app is a great asset to my business as it gives me an opportunity to work with a customer correcting the issue before they submit a negative review.
We love the opportunity to correct an issue with an unhappy customer before a potentially negative review is published! Literally every time, we've been able to turn the situation around and fix whatever the issue was with the customer :)
Nice and simple app to gather reviews on Google.
The open rate for email request is about 60%, very good.
The free plan sends email for all orders in the Shopify POS too. Nice added bonus.

I love how easy this app is to set up. Tried a few other review apps that were way more complicated and they did not meet my needs. This app is simple, easy to set up and has clear instruction in the few places they are needed. I love it! It blocked a negative review that was actually from a scammer so I am very pleased that it did not reach Google and arnish my store's 5 star reputation. Thank you Reputon!!

The app stopped working correctly months ago. Now, it just sends emails to customers even when the orders haven't delivered, causing them to become frustrated, charge back their orders, and leave negative feedback on trustpilot. So you're paying for your own customers to think you scammed them, and for negative feedback. Save your money.

easy to use
Reputon review app has been working really well for me. I like that it allows you to direct customers to review you on Trustpilot, etc. It also nice that you can set it up so it sends customers a second email if they haven't given you a review yet. Also, I recently appreciated that Reputon avoided posting an unwarranted negative review that a customer gave. The customer wanted to blame me for the slow delivery from their post office. Thankfully Reputon avoided this review which could have had a negative impact on my shop which is still in the early stages of growth.
Reputon has been a game changer for us. It was super easy to set up, and it’s been doing exactly what we needed—helping us collect and showcase real customer reviews. We've seen a boost in trust from new visitors, and it's definitely helped with conversions.
The integration with Google and Facebook is a huge plus, and their support team has been great whenever we had a question. If you're looking for a simple way to build credibility and get more reviews, I’d definitely recommend giving Reputon a try.
