I'm really satisfied with the way this app work it gives me more control over reviews and allows me to get in touch with customer before having them posting their review.

This app is really fantastic. What a simple way to help boost your online review traffic and build trust. Once the easy setup was complete the app notified some previous customers and new reviews started posting. The app also helps direct less satisfied customers to complete a form that gets directly emailed to you. Cuts down chance of people posting negative reviews. Very happy with this app and would highly recommend.

I am absolutely blown away with this app. Within 24 hours I have 40 new 5 star Google reviews and 20 new 5 star Facebook reviews. We got pushed up above our competitors on Google suggestions almost instantly. This is such a great way to us negative feedback to help improve your business without it causing any damage to the business' reputation. I can't recommend this app enough.
