This app is great. It notifies me when reviews are only "satisfactory" - allowing me to contact the customer to find out what the issue is and resolve it to make them happy! So glad I added this app to my shop.

Just installed this app and am excited to see how it works, super simple set up as there was only a few steps to do.
Easy to install and setup. Great way to get started and get helpful feedback from customers. Definetly recommended.

Just started out, works well so far! A little annoying that you have to leave at least 100 characters for the review though
