good app ! pity it is not possible to configure all in one time ! And the template of the email is not attractive.
After some service from Shopify support I got this app working well and am able to communicate with customers who are dissatisfied. and thank customers who are satisfied.

So far so good. Glad it allows us to address any negative feedback to help resolve the issue or any misunderstandings before a customer posts a review. Easy to use. Only recieved one feedback but app is doing what it states so app is good. Cant fault it so far.
