Easy to use. Options to add testimonials and sync with other platforms. Only annoying thing is that the pop up asking for reviews wont go away unless you give a review hence the 4 stars.

I would like to have my clients being able to give feedback after they have visited my site which will appear on the site.

Please, note, you have 2 ways to collect reviews from your customers:
1) A direct link to the feedback form;
2) A QR code that link to your feedback form;
Once they fill out the form, a review will be displayed on your website.
