Customer Service has been very helpful. App has been fairly easy to set up and does exactly what i need it to.
Excellent team support from Omega, but even more excellent the attitude of Malak in order to solve any problem. It was not possible to do any transaction in our ecommerce, and Malak did not doubt to work on her free day until our problem was solved. Thank you Malak, Omega has great professionals.

Does exactly what it advertises. I had to adjust a few things in my theme's code since I was using a custom theme, but it worked perfectly. Only problem I had was the quotes not coming into my inbox in my email. I messaged Lynn about it and she provided excellent customer service. We sorted it out and everything worked perfectly after that. Very helpful product, very helpful customer service, 10/10 would request a quote and hide my prices again.

To start with.. excellent customer service!! Firstly this is one of the very few apps that rightly helps with this functionality.. and its quite customizable. The team at the backend is very responsive & a member was even replying at midnight (their time) to help with with my needs. I don't usually review apps but this one seemed worth my time.
This app helps my customers submit specific quotes for items. It can then convert those inquiries into orders! A big timesaver! I wish the forms could include images of details/items.

We have a group of products that are not easy to calculate freight on. We needed an app that would allow us to have a customer request a quote to include shipping for these items. This app works great in this capacity. Plus, their customer support is top notch!
