Downloaded to test and so far so good (free version). Support works excellent and super fast. Thumbs up!

This app is a great way to allow custom items in our catalog to be quoted on instead of being directly sent to the checkout. The company was also fantastic to work with and provided the additional changes I needed to integrate this app with our website.

They responded quickly and fixed my problem.
