We recently switched from a custom-built app we were using to manage our online library of technical documents to the ResourceHub app, and the process was incredibly easy. The app is very user-friendly and works seamlessly with Shopify. We were signed up and uploading documents within minutes.
What has really impressed us is the customer support. We reached out via chat to ask about a feature that wasn’t available yet, which was totally fine. Just a couple of days later, the team followed up to let us know they had added the feature to the app. That level of responsiveness is rare and much very much appreciated!

A great app for us so far. We looked at a few options that would allow us to manage and present technical documents to our partners and this does exactly that. Simple to set up and configure and a super responsive support team that are committed to making a great app. We had a few very minor issues with our setup, but these were taken care of immediately and operation has been reliable ever since. Highly recommend trying this if you're looking a document management and distribution solution.
