Akkurat det vi trengte for internasjonale returer! Julia og Ellen har vært veldig behjelpelige med oppsett og onboarding og systemet er intuitivt så man kan sette opp mye på egen hånd. Vi ble så fornøyde med tjenesten at vi nå og bruker Returbo på innenlands returer. Anbefales!

Very good return management solution that was easy to get started with. From our first test to we used it in production was less than 60 minutes.
It supports return labels from many different shipping providers and was straightforward to configure with our carriers.
Customers can easily exchange products for another size or colour during the return process, helping us retain sales instead of refunds.
