Outstanding support and features! I reviewed dozens of reverse logisitics providers and this one does it all and is the most flexible to business needs - more than even the premium services of Loop and Aftership.

They've answered dozens of questions for me. Implemented changes for me. And given me recommendations to make the most of the platform.

I probably only use 50% of it's capabilities, but it's been rock solid. It's easy to use, no customer complaints, and no-outages, so I don't have to stress about returns or exchanges.

This is a great product. Highly recommend.
