This is one of the best app available on Shopify market for all D2C brands. Simple UI, easy exchange and return process. No tech knowledge required, just plug in and start using it. One click reverse pickup, another click create an exchange, simple and effective. We are using this from last 90 days and the experience is WAOO.
A must have app for all D2C brands.

I havent used it yet but the developer contacted me and explained every detail via google meeting. And setted up the app for meş And it seems like it is great to lead refunds and to build trust among customers. Also all functions are opened to the users. The difference between pro and free plan is the numbers of customers’ refund issues per month. You can decide to the plan according to your needs.
