We are very happy with both this app, as well as the service.
On the app side, the developers are keen on absorbing adjustments and improvements their customers want, which ends up saving a little time here, a little time there. The app does a pretty good job automating everything, which is super helpful - and they continue to improve upon the platform in this regard.
On the service side, they have always been happy to help when we had questions, are usually quite quick to respond, and are more hands-on than many larger developers. They also don't just wait for you to contact them with your needs, but rather, reach out to probe what your needs might be.
These guys know that it takes effort and focus to build a successful product, and they have done exactly that.

One of the best Apps to take care of the biggest hassle of any E-commerce store is the exchange and return. As a client, we need easy UI, great support, and partnership with big merchants...all offered by return prime. Thanks for taking care of the biggest pain point in a simple and effective way.
Chatted with the developer post midnight. Response was almost instantaneous, which was unexpected at that time. Developer seems to know how to go about the Return problems Shopify users face. They have a setting to set up Return Policies based on Days (Calculated on Delivery Date or Order Date, whichever is available), that really was good thinking. Integrated with multiple couriers. So far, smooth experience.
