its the best app to manage and allow customers to make returns and exchanges on shopify with amazing support for anything.
I had a great customer service call with Shubham. I had been using the app for a year but not to it's full potential so I highly recommend doing a call with their call center. He taught me how to automate more processes to save my warehouse's team time and efficiencies. Also how to set up more parameters around what products can be returned or exchanged. And introduced me to this new system that offers customers discounts to deter returns and change them to exchanges. It was a very productive call and Shubham was very helpful.
Return Prime customer service rep "Wonder" gave me absolutely incredible customer service. She needs a raise or one hell of a bonus. She helped me step-by-step make sure this app was up and running. I expected to get a bot giving me articles to read, but I was immediately linked to a real person making my set up extremely efficient by an expert. I would have been in tears without their help. So happy to have this set up, as the practice run looked so simple and user friendly for customers. My main goal was to have an app that provided shipping labels immediately to customers, and I am able to do this from the free plan. I am motivated to stay with this company when I am ready to upgrade plans bc I couldn't imagine better customer service elsewhere.

The chat progresses in real time, so I was able to proceed without stress until the problem was resolved.

We are very happy with both this app, as well as the service.
On the app side, the developers are keen on absorbing adjustments and improvements their customers want, which ends up saving a little time here, a little time there. The app does a pretty good job automating everything, which is super helpful - and they continue to improve upon the platform in this regard.
On the service side, they have always been happy to help when we had questions, are usually quite quick to respond, and are more hands-on than many larger developers. They also don't just wait for you to contact them with your needs, but rather, reach out to probe what your needs might be.
These guys know that it takes effort and focus to build a successful product, and they have done exactly that.
Still exploring the feature but the support has been phenomenal throughout setup, with agents able to adjust my flow for me when I get stuck.
