Not able to adjust a rejected order that was rejected by mistake. This needs to be fixed in the app.
100 percent most of the 5 stars whose reviews are fake literary this is the most horrible app I have ever used because of these reasons 1- I requested a custom domain, and they charged me 120$ per year, and after two months, they changed the domain to a different store that is not owned.

Customers are not able to access returns centre, I suspect due to no SSL cert. Zero help from support so far, just encouraged us to request a feature in the community.
I wouldn't get the application, because once you set it up the return page is shown as "not secure" for all your customers. So Customers are going to be afraid to use this page and will have doubts about your shop. If you contact the support regarding this issue, they want 120$ just for fixing this problem. So up to you if you want to invest in this.
We apologize for the inconvenience. An SSL is needed to be activated on the domain to remove the Not Secure tag on the website which is the standard service across domains.

I attempted to set this up to replace Return Magic since they're shutting down. After four days of work and endless error messages later I gave up. I am rating this a 1 star pending a reply to my emails from the app developer. Have sent two emails over the past 6 days and not a single reply. The banner at the top of my app keeps begging for feedback, so here it is. When can someone assist me and reply to my emails?
