This is app Very user-friendly. Works as it supposed to. Will definitely recommend.

I had some doubts and they assisted me in seconds solving the problem immediately. I recommend it, in addition to the fact that the interface is very intuitive

Highly recommend- Love how this app makes the return process so much easier for returns and exchanges. Customers get email updates throughout the entire process so they're in the know about their return. After a few weeks of using the app and having several returns in process, I accidentally deleted the app and lost all my data. Looking back I wish I never panicked because the AfterShip team was able to pull up all my data and get it reinstalled on my store through the app! Absolute disgrace of an organisation. Changed the app without notifying so that you now need to pay per user. Basically locked us out of the app as our Afterpay email was different from the Shopify staff emails. Will be deleting and finding an alternative app. Unethical and totally shameful.

I really love this app, everyone makes an app to get the product out properly. But it's just as vital to monitor the returns, this is a wonderful app

Very easy to use and will save me a lot of time on processing those pesky returns! Would recommend to any store owners
