AfterShip Return is a complete and very flexible app. We can give professional, quick and seamless refunds to our valued customers. We really appreciate the possibility to add our own return reasons and fees to match our existing invoicing system and refund policy. As well, we translated the reasons, the notifications and the return page so the customer has a similar experience as in our physical locations.
