They are extremely helpful and friendly if you have any questions about anything via chat. I was having a problem with the system generating a return label and they fixed it right away.
Great app and great customer support. Only feedback would be to have AfterShip and Returns Centre be a bit more of a seamless experience. But apart from that, really powerful

Returns Center is very user-friendly, easy for customers to manage, and wonderful if you are needing a more customizable tool. Support is wonderful, whether it comes to troubleshooting technical issues, implementing new ideas and add ons, or just listening to feedback and tools that could make Returns Center even better!
I am just a week in, but so far so good. I am at the first stage of just setting this up. I am finding that this will take some time to set up. That is actually a good thing, because this software gives you a lot of options. A one click install app usually doesn't do much. Be prepared to take your time to go through all of the details. In the end, I am hoping that this software will make our customers happy, make for a great return experience, and keep customers coming back. I will keep you posted as i proceed.
