I'm still working on fully implementing this app but so far it seems super helpful. I think it'll really streamline our returns process and take a load off my customer support team. Excited to begin using it. :) Support is also ultra helpful and fast.

This app is very powerful. It requires quite a bit of configuration and help from support but it's worth the effort.
