This is something I have needed for way too long. This app is helping me to expand my sales by streamlining my returns process and by offering free return shipping. The customer service to get this up and running has been fabulous.
awesome help from help center, super fast and nice. excited to get my returns more organized with the help of this app.
After going back and forth with customer support they have agreed to push my case with the developers about an issue with their mobile version of the returns system. There was an issue where on some mobile devices and the latest IOS safari browsers the "Next" button was not appearing and or disappearing leaving our customers unable to make a return. This meant our time was spent completing returns for our customers. At first they were unable to help even after I proved there was an issue by providing video proof of the problem. Now they have agreed to show the developers and to do something about it. I'm bumping them up to 4 stars as they ultimately decided to do something about the issue and the system is actually pretty good. I'm leaving a star off as its a pain in the A** to get them to actually help you.

Nice App... Couldn't use to fullest yet but so far doing well
Very easy to use and makes the best impression of the ones we tested. Happy so far. Would be very helpful to have Swedish language added.

Looks like a great App - Only accepts low image resolution on the assets page - But generally does what it says.

I was looking for something like this, it is an awesome app, the way my costumers can now return the products its great this app it makes it so easy! App totally recommended!!!
